To reserve your car service to or from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, we require payment by credit card. We accept all major credit cards and do not accept cash reservations.
Please note the cancellation policy for our limousine and car services: For Stretch Limos and Sprinters:
  • Cancellations made one week before the pickup time will not be charged.
  • Cancellations made less than a week before the pickup time will result in a charge of 30% of the reservation cost.
  • Cancellations made 1 to 3 days before the pickup time will result in a charge of 50% of the reservation cost.
  • A no-show or a cancellation made on the same day of the pickup time will result in a charge of 100% of the reservation cost.
For Sedans and SUVs:
  • Cancellations made with 3 days’ notice will not be charged.
  • Cancellations made with less than 2 days’ notice will result in a charge of 30% of the reservation cost.
  • Cancellations made with less than a day’s notice will result in a charge of 50% of the reservation cost.
  • A no-show or a cancellation made with less than 3 hours’ notice will result in a charge of 100% of the reservation cost.
    • Please keep in mind that any cancellation made within the specified timeframes will receive a partial refund.
All airport pickups are provided with a one-hour complimentary wait time. Any additional wait time will be an additional cost.
Please be sure to book the correct vehicle for your luggage count. The luggage count for each vehicle is displayed on our website. Our luggage count is based on a standard size. *A standard size bag is to be defined as: Any bag or fully enclosed box with a Maximum Size of 62 inches (L+W+H) and a maximum weight of 50 lbs. Example: (10” + 20” + 32” = 62”)
Travelers aged 15 to 17 are considered as unaccompanied minors. They can travel alone but a parent or guardian must fill out an Unaccompanied Minor form before departure. The form ensures that proper travel arrangements are made. Children under 14 years old must be accompanied by an adult or parent. To request the Unaccompanied Minor form, please email reservations@marvlimos.com with your reservation number.
Marv Limos adheres to all state rules governing kid restraints. All children under the age of eight who are less than 57 inches tall and weigh less than 40 pounds must be secured in a child restraint seat that is appropriate for their age. Upon request, we can provide (1) car or booster seat at no cost to the client. However, any additional car or booster seat will be an additional cost.
