- Cancellations made less than a week before the pickup time will result in a charge of 30% of the reservation cost.
- Cancellations made 1 to 3 days before the pickup time will result in a charge of 50% of the reservation cost.
- A no-show or a cancellation made on the same day of the pickup time will result in a charge of 100% of the reservation cost.
- Cancellations made with 3 days’ notice will not be charged.
- Cancellations made with less than 2 days’ notice will result in a charge of 30% of the reservation cost.
- Cancellations made with less than a day’s notice will result in a charge of 50% of the reservation cost.
- A no-show or a cancellation made with less than 3 hours’ notice will result in a charge of 100% of the reservation cost. Please keep in mind that any cancellation made within the specified timeframes will receive a partial refund.
